You have not chosen to trust "Entrust Certification Authority - L1C", the issuer of the server's security certificate.

Just randomly my Mac started giving me this error.  No matter how I connected to a Citrix Desktop, I got this weird error.  I looked at all the certificates in the browser and I looked at the certificates in the Keychain Access.  No where could I find "Entrust Certification Authority - L1C".

Well here is how I fixed it.

Here is how you would do it for a Windows Server (Link)

Here is how to fix it on OS X:

First download the cert here (Full Site)

Next open Keychain Access (Macintosh HD -> Applications -> Utilities - > Keychain Access)

Next click the lock up in the top left and enter your password

Next click file import, navigate to where you saved the certificate above, mine was called entrust_l1c.cer, and click the certificate.

Make sure at the bottom the Destination Keychain is selected to System, now click Open.

You will be prompted to type your password again one more time.

At this point, I tried it again and no more error.

Sound Flower captures OS sounds, but not browser's audio

I was trying to capture audio of a webinar and Quicktime was capturing the OS audio as expected, but for whatever reason it was not picking up the audio from Firefox.  I decided that maybe it was a browser thing and I was right.  Logged in to the webinar with Safari and it worked perfectly.

Download Sound Flower before trying to record.

Download, install, and then open.  Once open, you will have a little icon at the top of the screen.  Select Sound Flower 2 Channel, Built In Output.

Open Quicktime

File -> New Screen Recording

On the upside down triangle, select Sound Flower 2 Channel

Start Recording!

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer

This was an issue with Microsoft Outlook when clicking a link in an email.  It would give you the message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.  Please contact your administrator."  This is caused by Outlook being confused to which browser to use.  A lot of threads I read blaming Chrome when a user would uninstall it.  I was unsuccessful fixing this error with installing and uninstalling Chrome.  But I was able to fix it using Firefox.

OS: Windows 7 Professional
Problem: Outlook 2007
Solution:  I opened firefox and made it the default browser.  I closed outlook and reopened it.  I tried clicking a link in an email and it launched firefox.  Success!  Now getting it to launch in IE (since this is what the person wanted).  I opened IE and made it the default browser, closed outlook, reopened outlook and tested again.  The link successfully opened in IE.
