Gmail Configuration and IMAP Settings Outlook/OS X Mail

Every program and every OS acts differently when setting up Gmail.  I always get it the way I want it and never remember it.  So here are those settings and how to configure it.

Incoming Server:  imap.gmail.com
Incoming Server P: 993 SSL
Outgoing Server: smtp.gmail.com
Outgoing Server Port: 587 TLS

Office 2010
Pointing incoming mail to go to [Gmail}/Inbox go to File -> Options -> Advanced -> "Outlook start and exit".  This should be set to your Gmail Inbox.
Junk email settings are under -> Right click an email -> Junk Email -> Junk Email Settings

Mac OS X Mail App
Just type in your name, email, and password.

Click Next

Click Mail -> Preferences -> Select Accounts

Under Mailbox behaviors uncheck everything except Store Drafts Messages on Server

Click Advanced Tab -> IMAP Path Prefix: Should be [Gmail]

Click RSS to be prompted to save the new settings.

More to come....
