Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool (KB892130) were not installed

If the updates on Windows Updates are failing go to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/ and run the test.  It will help you solve why its failing.  After everything has passed go back to the Windows Update site and try to download updates again.
