Where Are my Microsoft Lync Saved Conversations stored?

If you are running Windows, to save your conversation you have to also be running Microsoft Exchange.  It is located under Conversation History.

If you are running Mac OS X, they aren't stored on the server.  They are stored locally.

Navigate to:

/Users/username/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Microsoft Lync History/*YOUR-LYNC-USERNAME/

You will now see all of the people's usernames in folders. Locate user and the conversations are stored inside.
