Navigate to http://sourceforge.net/projects/ghostscript/files/GPL%20Ghostscript/ and select the newest version. Inside that folder choose the correct file.
Install it after it downloads.
Click start -> right click My Computer -> Select Properties -> Select Advanced System Settings
From there click Environment Variables
Under the System Variables, Click New
Enter the following
For Variable: GS_PROG
Value: C:\Program Files (x86)\gs\gs9.07\bin\gswin32c.exe
*Double check the location is correct before creating the variable
Open GIMP and open the EPS file.
