Step 1:

Open Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Remote Desktop Services -> Remote Desktop Session Host -> Security ->

Require User Authentication for Remote Connections by Using Network Level Authentication -> Enabled

Set Client Connection Encryption Level - > Enabled
Encryption Level: High Level
