My computer boots and Windows Boot Manager asks to select an operating system

After installing Windows 7, I started to get this....

To fix this, boot into windows and Click the start button -> Right click Computer and select Properties.

Select Advanced System Settings.  Look for the part that says Startup and Recovery.  Click Settings.  You will see a check box that says Time to Display list of operating systems.  You want to uncheck that and make sure the box above it says Windows 7.  Click Ok twice and reboot.
